Carlsberg Village

Carlsberg Village was an innovative and non-standard marketing project organized in the summer of 2005 as a Hawaiian village at the Bay of Puck (Baltic Sea). In two months over 40 thousand people took part in the events offered there (e.g. ZAKOPOWER show and extreme parachute jumping show with a multiple world champion in B.A.S.E jumping Felix Baumgartner).

Objectives:

  • strengthening Carlsberg brand image as a sponsor of various sports and cultural events
  • increasing awareness of outdoor events organized by Carlsberg
  • creating a positive association between Carlsberg as a premium beer producer and exclusive and fashionable sports disciplines
  • translating our activities into increased product sales

Activities:

  • creating the concept of Carlsberg Village
  • selecting proper venues, obtaining permits for construction works
  • preparing 3D visualization and an architectural design along with land development plan of the area
  • purchasing materials, building and development of Carlsberg Village
  • preparing a timetable, management of all events taking place in the village (shows, discos, sports events, meetings with sports and music celebrities etc.)
  • comprehensive promotional and media services
  • creating and producing BTL and ATL materials
